Well, I am a typical Kuching girl. When talking about the Kuching local cuisine, almost all my west Malaysia friends for sure will think of 'Sarawak Laksa' and 'Kolomee'. Undeniably, I love 'Sarawak Laksa' and 'Kolomee'. However, the one and the only food that I miss the most is the egg tart. Although Kuching egg tart is not the best, if compare with the egg tarts from Macao, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong ('su kao kao'!~~Hokkien), it's still my most favorite egg tart. The reason is that it contains the taste of Kuching, the taste that remind me of my childhood, and definitely the taste of 'home SWEET home'!Friday, August 15, 2008
Egg tarts
